Credits Page
It is always good practice to give credit where credit is due. If you are using code you got from a specific site, credit it and link back to the source. Some people might not ask you to give credit, but there may be people who come to your website and go “I want to know how to do that” and then you have a link on how to do it right there, ready to go.
If you got art from an artist, link the artist and credit the piece to them. This includes edits, stamps, banners, etc. If it is possible to credit the artist, do so.
If you used scans or particular fan translations, credit the scanners and translators (and make sure you’re following their rules) if it is safe to do so.
If you use the code in the upcoming part, a credit to me (either to my website or the itch.io page) is greatly appreciated. If you don’t use the code, it’s up to you.
And with that, I would like to thank DuskDragonXIII for granting permission for me to use Beyond the End as an example in this zine and offering use of the official art. Maybe I’ll compile that all as a true manifesto at some point.
Thank you to Nattobees for editing this.
Thank you to Linkyblog, Kotatsu.Me, Mappapapa, Fujofans, Zutto, AnimeFanlistings, Fandomanifesto, Fanifesto, Ship Manifesto, Redcrown, and all the other websites I glanced at over the past year while building my own website. Thank you to those among them that also answered questions regarding image sources.
